All dwellings have been exceptionally maintained and all are South facing except for apartment 1 which is on the ground floor and is East facing.

The foyer and stair lighting are all on timer switches and the total complex has low voltage lighting.
There is a soft water filtration system and Solar panels.

Gibraltar - 1 hour drive ( 55 Km )
Malaga   - 1.5 hour drive ( less by the toll road )
Sevilla    -  2 hour 20 mins.

Nearest Beach:  San Luis de Sabinillas - 30 minutes drive. Here also lies the lovely up market Marina of Puerto de la Duquesa which has an 18 hole golf course an array of bars and beach bars, restaurants and shops as well as the magnificent yachts and cruisers that are moored there.
Estapona is a 40 minute drive away which also has a lovely marina and is great for shopping.
The beautiful city of Ronda is a 35 minute drive while Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 50 minute drive away

Golf:  The South coast of Spain in teeming with golf courses with more than 50 of them on the Costa del Sol
The nearest golf course to Gaucin is approx 40 minutes drive.
