land which has been running for
5 years..You feel miles away from anywhere , only one neighbours in view and many
rolling hills.At the bottom of the
track is Aljaima train station- and just 20 mins into the old town of Malaga with
is famous castle, picasso museum, fab shopping and tapas bars. The nearest beaches
are 40 minutes away as well as Malaga
international airport and in the other direction the famous el chorro gourge and ardales
lakes.It is located between Pizarra
, alora and cartama estation with tracks to each in different directions.
For sale is the Two houses el romero and finca verde, and the along with 18 acres of land

mainly run yoga retreats and also take large group family

On the land is 2 well which are situates of the stream which runs most of the year, there is
also a hunters well in a
cave and a futher well that could be also used if you wanted..
There is also a 580,000 litre resevoir just in case wells runs dry. There is town water
coming to us soon(this year maybe)
There is 3 phase electricity for both houses- all on one bill but it could be divided up if ever
one was to sell one of the houses seperatly.
The family house.
This is a 200m buildplot on 30,ooom2 of land, with apool 4.5x10.5m2-with a small kidi
pool/beach area of the side
and a wooden beach bar/storage shed.There are steps down from here- one leading
onto an upstairs terrace of
the main bedroon upstairs and others leading down to the front tiled terrace 4m/16m and
the futher terraces to
the side and back of the house.

There is also a small bathroom, with built in shower.all bedrooms have a/c as does the
living area.
There are two futher outhouses, 3.5mx3m and 3mx3m approx.
there is also a flattened area to the side of house where some staff lived in a Yurt this
summer! there is a compost toilet there also and a water supply.
This 150yr old finca ha been beautifully restored with antique tiles and keeping many of
the original features.Off
to one side is a huge day light studio with glass curtains that open up down one
side.10mx 8m- this studio is perfect for art retreats, winter dinners workshops and Bikram
Yoga love it. To the back of this is a tiled area with a mud oven for perfect pizzas, double
doors to the feezer room and washing machine area, and the other side double doors to a
bathroom and the almacen.
In front of the house there is a huge waterproof covered terrace 5mx 20m- this is where
most meals and socializing happens.
To the otherside a large curved sofa 17m - an area we use for weddings.There are stairs
leading to the green oassis where
you will find the covered bar area, a huge shaded chill area with vines above, a steam
room haaman style4m2, a 7 people
cave sauna, decking to one side of the 5x8m -2m deep pool with a shower to the side.The
decking is used for yoga sometimes
, and has sails to shade in the hot motnths as well as 3m high poles where we attach a
huge canvas and project films-
for the swim in cinema. Just past the pool there is also a 6mx3.5m bathroom block with 3
seperate units- a shower room,
a toilet room and a full bathroom with shower. There is a pool heater and cover.
