Tiny house and land for sale, off grid in natural parkland, Cortes de la Frontera
Tiny off-grid sustainable house set in a 12.700 square meter plot of rustic parkland in Cortes de la Frontera. Surrounded by mountains and wild countryside, in a priviledged location the finca is within walking distance of the village and has easy access down a short track.
The house is small but well equipped, with a mezzanine bed and a good-sized kitchen. The ceiling is high and wooden beamed creating a sense of space and light. There is a good-sized shady terrace to the front of the house and another at the back of the house, with an awning to roll out for shade. To the side of the house, there is a large water tank that collects rainwater and on the other side you find the loo block, a shed with a washing machine, and another that houses the batteries for the solar system.
The land is beautiful and an extension of the wild countryside surrounding it. It is relatively flat with rocky outcrops, populated by olives, oak trees, almonds and some fruit trees, such as figs, pears and apples.
There is another stone building with a roofed area towards the bottom right of the land which could be converted into another room if required.
A beautiful plot of land with a small but very complete house in the heart of the countryside but within walking distance of the village.
