A lovely little project on one of the nicest streets in Gaucin towards the edge of the village. The townhouse is more significant than it seems, as it opens at the back and has a good-sized first floor. It requires complete refurbishment, but with the addition of a roof terrace to take advantage of the views towards the Straight and the Crestallina mountain plus the fact it has a back garden/patio make it a great proposition.
