The Property.
As you enter the house of Cortes de la Frontera main street, there is a small lobby. This accesses the bedroom to the right, large and bright that could be opened up easily as it only has a separating wall.

The Internal terrace overlooking the patio with access from the bedroom could easily have access from the patio, and though it doesn’t have views of the surrounding, it is a sun trap and adds a lot of outdoor space to the property.
THE AREA
Cortes de la Frontera is a tranquil white village nestled in the mountains of the Serranía de Ronda, an area of outstanding natural beauty in Malaga province. With a long history going back to Phoenician times and a grand town hall built in 1784, Cortes is surrounded by miles of cork forest, wild countryside and rivers, with many activities on offer to take advantage of the abundant flora and fauna and clean mountain air, such as canyoning, wild mushroom picking, bird watching, historical tours and horse riding.
There are many bars and restaurants in Cortes and the surrounding villages, as well as plenty of supermarkets and shops selling local produce, like iberico pork products, honey and goat´s cheese. The medical facilities are excellent. There is a primary and secondary school, several banks, sports facilities like tennis court, padel court and gym, a large municipal pool and a 11 bedroom hotel.
Well connected via train with Algeciras, Ronda, Malaga and Madrid, by road Cortes is within half an hour of Gaucin, 45 minutes to Gibraltar and an hour and half to Malaga and Seville airports.
