Working finca with wonderful views Cortes de la Frontera

A traditional smallholding 5 minutes from the centre of Cortes de la Frontera with sweeping views across the valley and the village.

Perched on the side of the mountain, this is a special little finca.

At the top of the steep drive you  arrive at a small plateau, from where it is easier to see the house and its surroundings. Two and a half hectares of mountainside, partly beautiful rocky outcrops and terracing with soft grassy areas. Populated in the main by olives but is also planted with orange, pomegranate and fig, amongst others.

The back of the house is currently two roomy stables, whilst the front comprises of a terrace from which to take in the views and an open plan living room kitchen, with a small bathroom. As the finca is only used for farming and livestock the present owners did not convert the stables into bedrooms, but this is easily achievable.

The finca is steep with some flat areas, it has a well but would require a solar system. Everything being run from a generator at the moment. It is not for the faint-hearted but it really has many possibilities and the views and the land are stunningly beautiful. All of the paperwork is up to date.
